At KlimaPay, we aim to redefine how packages are sent by building a secure, community-powered platform that connects senders with verified travellers. We are committed to making delivery faster, more affordable, and significantly more sustainable than traditional courier services.

We believe sending a package should be simple, trustworthy, and accessible to everyone. We hope to create a delivery model that supports both local and international communities, while giving travellers a chance to earn extra income.

Our vision

We envision a world where logistics is no longer dominated by costly, impersonal systems that harm the environment. We are determined to ensure that sending a package to a loved one feels as personal as handing it over yourself.

Our team

KlimaPay was founded by Mark and Clerence, who experienced first-hand the high costs and inefficiencies of sending packages between continents. As international students and frequent travellers, they saw a smarter and faster way to move packages, by connecting senders with trusted people already on the move.

Driven by a shared mission to make delivery more affordable, transparent, and eco-friendly, they turned that idea into KlimaPay.

The story behind KlimaPay

It all started with a problem that hit close to home.

Mark and Clerence, two international students living in Germany, were trying to send essentials and gifts back to their families in Cameroon. But shipping was slow, expensive, and often unreliable. Parcels got delayed, stuck, or priced out completely. Then, something unexpected happened.

A fellow student in their WhatsApp group, heading the same way, offered to take a parcel in their luggage. No hassle. No sky-high fees, just one traveller helping another. The package arrived quickly and safely. And that small act of community sparked a big idea:

What if this simple exchange wasn’t just a one-off, but a better way to send things? That’s how KlimaPay was born.
